Requirements
- Ability to work a variety of shifts and schedules, including off-shift schedules and 12-hour shifts.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for safety, housekeeping, quality and production on a shift for an assigned area of the plant.
- Managing environmental health & safety (EHS).
- Employee motivation and training.
- Addressing equipment needs.
- Employee scheduling.
- Driving continuous improvement.
- Resolving productivity issues.
- Providing process direction and prioritization to craft employees to resolve equipment issues.
