Join the Licking/Knox Goodwill team as a Crew Leader and play a key role in guiding a team, maintaining high standards, and ensuring a clean, safe environment at our DSCC location. Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• A Federal REAL ID (star in the top right corner)
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen (including THC)
• Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of 8–10 employees to meet daily cleaning goals
• Ensure all tasks are completed to contract standards and quality expectations
• Keep operations running smoothly by maintaining accurate records and staying organized
• Provide direction, encouragement, and accountability to your team
• Participate in required trainings and promote a culture of continuous improvement
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers
• Step in where needed—your leadership sets the tone
