Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to include corresponding via email in a professional manner
Organized, detail-oriented, multi-tasker and prioritize
Proficient computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, World, Power Point)
High School Diploma or equivalent required
1 year or more experience working in an office environment

Responsibilities

Process various types of orders using ERP software (P21)
Maintain an electronic filing system by scanning documents and ensuring they are stored in the correct location
Collaborate with internal departments through written and verbal communication to ensure accuracy and organization
Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
