About The Position

We are seeking dynamic and results driven Production Coordinator to join our Production Riverside team. Ensure smooth operation of production processes and coordinate with procurement, logistics, and quality control departments. Develop and implement processes to verify production flow results against schedules and identify discrepancies. Verify SAP transactions and production data entries to ensure accuracy between recorded and actual production counts and labels. Analyze production data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and operational efficiency. Close work orders for all production lines, including Galileo, and verify labor entries against supporting documentation. Schedule and maintain records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and preventive measures using the FIIX system. Participate in the plant's safety program and maintain compliance with operational standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• Data entry skills – high volume and a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong Proficiency in Excel
• PC proficiency including spreadsheet creation and maintenance.
• SAP proficiency a must.
• Self-motivated and able to establish and maintain effective working relations.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
