They provide objective input for performance reviews and training, coordinate resources between teams, and ensure a harassment/discrimination-free environment. The role also involves process control, setting production goals, updating inventory status, coordinating capacity requirements, and interfacing with customers, engineering, and other departments. Additionally, the Production Coordinator is responsible for recording attendance, ensuring compliance with safe work habits and company policies, and may be required to handle hazardous waste and complete related training. They may also be assigned to multiple work centers or departments.
