About The Position

Paul Davis Restoration is seeking a driven, energetic, and hard-working Production Coordinator to help provide care to people in their time of need. The role supports restoration production operations through customer and team communications, loss intake, compliance documentation, deadline tracking, material coordination, meeting preparation, and follow-up. The coordinator also serves as a liaison among customers, insurance carriers, and Paul Davis, working with the team to deliver exceptional customer service. On-site training is provided. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional opportunities to work additional hours.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Detail-oriented.
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Hardworking, reliable, and organized.
Able to learn quickly and work independently.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Clean background check.

Nice To Haves

Experience in customer service and/or office administration is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Field calls from customers and team members.
Intake and enter new loss information into the system.
Assist with compliance documentation.
Help ensure job deadlines are met.
Assist with selections, material sourcing, and tracking.
Communicate daily with customers, clients, and project managers, solicit feedback, and check that projects are going well.
Prepare spreadsheets for meetings and follow up on job tasks discussed in meetings.
Respond to carrier partner requests in a timely manner and serve as a liaison among the customer, insurance carrier, and Paul Davis.
Work as part of a team to provide exceptional customer service.
