About The Position

O’Regan’s is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Production Coordinator to join their Collision team. This role is crucial for keeping the Collision Centre operating efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple priorities, possess strong communication and customer service skills, and have a positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Basic automotive knowledge or an interest in the collision repair industry is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner
Scheduling estimate appointments and managing customer inquiries
Assigning work to technicians and monitoring repair progress
Creating and tracking purchase orders for sublet repairs
Maintaining the production board and updating vehicle status throughout the repair process
Communicating with customers to provide repair updates and arrange vehicle pick-up
Coordinating with rental companies and insurance partners on daily updates
Ensuring all repair payments are collected before vehicle release
Providing general administrative support to the Collision team
Following up with customers as needed to ensure an outstanding experience
