Requirements

Good written, verbal, organizational, and communication skills.
Problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to reduce processing costs while cutting and sizing portions accurately with good yields and meeting customer specs.
Ability to problem solve in terms of trimming and product substitutions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, challenging environment.
Must be a team player and possess a positive attitude.
Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, in English.
Follows the company's Quality Control procedures.

Responsibilities

Extract orders and coordinate between several production areas.
Update and coordinate with various departments including: Pricing, QA, Product Development and Purchasing on product/material changes/updates.
Ensuring that the rest of the departments are aligned with each other.
Assist with tracking sample orders and ensure that they are accurate.
Liaise on behalf of production with sales and product development to ensure that product requests are feasible prior to execution of sample orders.
Other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.
