Assist in the production process for 2D initiatives (such as signage/window clings/lightbox rollouts and store amplifications) for all Calvin Klein and licensee brands in our Wholesale locations. This role involves managing production for North America 2D initiatives to ensure quality standards, budgets, and timing are met. The coordinator will partner with North America/Global Marketing and Sales on 2D strategy and timelines, create distribution lists for vendors, and provide mechanical files for production. They will also create store distribution files that align with budget requirements, communicate with vendors for production details, budgets, and timelines, and manage purchase orders (PO) and track budgets across all projects. The role supports concepts via rendering and versioning, coordinates the sample approval process with vendors, and partners with the VM team on showroom graphic needs. A key responsibility is creating production timelines to ensure on-time delivery of all assets, maintaining accurate budget trackers, timelines, and project recaps. Support for the installation of graphics, windows, and in-store elements is also required, including managing quality control of installation and fabrication, and attending overnight/early AM installs as needed. The position owns projects from kickoff through final delivery, including post-installation review and recap. Additionally, the role assists in the bidding and vendor selection process in partnership with procurement, identifies and implements process improvements to streamline production workflows and communication, and serves as a primary point of contact for field teams, managing day-to-day communication via Teams and email. Gathering and analyzing field feedback and store execution images to inform future improvements, responding to inbound orders and requests from stores and field partners in a timely manner, and providing updates, guidance, and troubleshooting support are also part of the duties. Researching and developing new and innovative production techniques with a focus on sustainability, updating and maintaining the marketing library, managing digital filing/archives of all marketing and project information, and conducting competitive research to ensure brand relevancy and guarantee innovation are also key aspects of the role.
