About The Position

In this vital role, you’ll be the hub of communication and coordination, ensuring that every order, from manufacturing to delivery and installation, runs smoothly and accurately.
Requirements
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with RFMS and / or millwork is a plus.
- Familiarity with new home construction or residential building is helpful.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and input detailed orders for manufacturing, delivery, and installation of millwork materials.
- Review purchase orders and selections to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Enter and manage orders in RFMS, ensuring all data is timely and correct.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Monitor order progress and proactively communicate updates to leadership.
- Verify job cost data and pricing to align with builder agreements.
- Investigate and resolve billing issues as needed.
- Ensure all job-related information is accurately communicated across departments.
