About The Position

Coordinates the flow of work for a production center, contributing to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere and encouraging good work habits. The essential functions are outlined as in Production Coordinator I, with additional responsibilities including assembling material using an extrusion machine, performing tests on extruded materials, meeting proficiency goals in all areas or being proficient at soldering components, consistently performing work with high quality and attention to detail, understanding R&D changes, potentially being involved in improvement activities, and demonstrating the ability to multi-task.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical Proficiency: Competency to design tools/software and a foundation understanding of engineer principles for practical application.
• Problem Solving Skills: Ability to identify design challenges, propose solutions, and troubleshoot issues with guidance.
• Communication Abilities: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts, collaborate within teams, and convey ideas effectively.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies, methodologies, and adapt to project requirements and team dynamics.
• Analytical Thinking: Capacity to analyze data, interpret specifications, and contribute to design solutions.

• Previous production experience preferred.
