About The Position

We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our Production Control team. In this vital role, you will keep our manufacturing operations moving smoothly by managing daily inventory, coordinating service orders, and bridging communication between our production and quality teams. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in an organized warehouse environment, we would love to have you on board.

Requirements

• Successful completion of a certified lift truck safety course.
• Secondary school diploma or equivalent.

• A natural ability to prioritize tasks and maintain an orderly warehouse environment.
• Excellent verbal and written skills to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
• A solid understanding of lift truck safety, industry-standard forms/labels, and key Quality & Environmental Management Systems procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate daily counts of all finished goods every morning and promptly log them into our production spreadsheet.
• Reconcile and input month-end inventory adjustments into the ERP system based on your daily tracking.
• Pick, label, and stage service part orders a full week ahead of their shipping deadlines to guarantee on-time delivery.
• Carefully identify, organize, and store partial boxes left after picking to prevent any product damage or deterioration.
• Proactively communicate any part shortages found during staging to the Production Manager, Production Scheduler, and Customer Service teams so we can resolve them before the ship date.
• Alert quality auditors and the QA team as soon as service orders are fully prepared and complete.
• Adapt to changing production needs by assisting with other related tasks as requested by management.
