We are a AS9100-certified aerospace manufacturer in Tempe, AZ, hiring a Production Control Representative who knows what it means to keep a regulated shop floor running. Requirements

2+ years in aerospace or defense manufacturing (AS9100 regulated environment strongly preferred)
Hands-on experience maintaining traceability records and supporting quality audits
Familiarity with ITAR requirements and how they affect material control and recordkeeping
Experience with MRP/ERP systems (Visual Manufacturing a plus)
Strong Excel and Microsoft 365 skills
Organized, detail-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced production environment

Responsibilities

Release and manage work orders, production schedules, and shipment priorities in an AS9100-registered environment
Maintain full material and part traceability from receiving through shipment - certs, lot numbers, and records included
Track WIP, material availability, and production progress against customer delivery requirements
Coordinate across production, engineering, quality, and supply chain to resolve shortages and schedule conflicts
Expedite materials with suppliers while maintaining compliant documentation
Support ITAR compliance and internal/external audit readiness
Drive OTD performance and contribute to production reporting
