About The Position

MOBIS North America electrified Powertrain LLC (MNAe) is a Tier 1 supplier of Battery System Assembly (BSA) and Power Electric (PE) Systems, vital components for Hyundai/Kia electric vehicles, utilizing state-of-the-art manufacturing technology. Our Production Management Department is seeking a Control Planning Specialist in Richmond Hill, Georgia. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality production delivery on time. The specialist will coordinate with other departments, manage resources, and oversee comprehensive plant control, including production planning and performance analysis.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry-specific experience required.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and organize large sets of data.

Responsibilities

Act as the initial point of contact for customer (HMGMA, HMMA, KaGA) production plans, monitoring changes and irregular orders.
Inform related departments about production plan changes (Schedule, UPH, shift plan, volume, working hours, CKD / pilot car order).
Adjust production plans with the customer in response to logistics, production, or quality issues.
Maintain the EDI process (Customer ↔ Mobis) and develop contingency plans for Broadcast system issues.
Manage the work order process and production information in MES (Line assembly code, Broadcast data, Fool-proof barcode key data, Working time pattern).
Maintain JIS Lead time information (Docking station, Delivery Lead time).
Collect and maintain production indices in MES, ERP, or manually (actual vs. planned, working time, hour per unit, downtime, OEM line stop, production CUM, inefficient expense, scrap cost, line assignment efficiency, and overtime).
Prepare monthly/weekly production reports, including analysis and improvement suggestions for production indices.
Ensure the accuracy of production index system data by comparing system data with actual data.
Create irregular plant comprehensive reports.
Maintain plant information and indices.
Respond to requirements from the Korea headquarters.
Support and perform special projects as necessary.
