Our team is looking for a Production Control Planner II to join them. You will report to the Planning Manager and will have an onsite work structure in Chatsworth, CA.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• ERP & MRP system experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person ” as defined by 22. C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee.

Nice To Haves

• APICS Certification or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and track production material requirements for aircraft products
• Utilize MRP system to plan, create, and release work orders to the shop floor to meet shipping dates according to customer orders and other dependent demands
• Create and release work orders to the shop floor in a timely manner
• Create and maintain process flow charts for key, critical, or new products where applicable
• Schedule, prioritize, and monitor production processes and material availability, while working closely with various departments to meet delivery dates
• Review forecast orders and adjust build schedule work orders accordingly
• Understand multi-level bills of materials, MRP demand and supply, lead-time, safety stock, min and max quantities
