We are filling positions in these departments: Production Control & Logistics - Distribution Associates supply raw material to assembly lines as an indirect function to Production while maintaining bulk warehouse inventory and repack process. This work requires knowledge of AS400 program, Items program, all warehouse locations, and plant layout. Additionally, distribution requires the ability to operate forklift and tugger, scan all material from warehouse to line, repack raw rotors into production bins, repack aluminum parts into totes, and communicate parts shortages or overages for production scheduling.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required for internal hire (not required for temporary employees)
  • Basic reading skills. Must be able to follow directions
  • Basic computer navigation and utilization skills
  • Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
  • High attention to detail and self-motivation skills
  • Pass basic math, reading and dexterity testing
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Pass a drug screen
  • Pass a background check
  • Regularly lift 35 pounds
  • Regularly perform repetitive tasks
  • Possess manual dexterity to put parts or pieces together quickly and accurately
  • Must have good eye-hand coordination
