About The Position

This position is responsible for completing miscellaneous tasks in the Wall Set department that cannot be performed at the Wall Set station. The role involves ensuring walls are properly squared and fastened, removing unnecessary materials, measuring openings for accuracy, and assisting the Wall Set department with various duties. Additionally, the Finisher will handle HVAC crossovers, prepare fireplace walls, and install soffits when applicable.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, or GED, preferred

Responsibilities

• Complete all miscellaneous work in the Wall Set department that cannot be performed in the Wall Set station.
• Ensure all walls are squared and fastened to the ceiling after roof is installed.
• Remove all unnecessary bottom plates throughout homes.
• Measure common-wall opening to ensure accuracy.
• Remove any debris from units.
• Assist Wall Set department with completion of job duties.
• Finish HVAC crossovers.
• Vent fireplaces and prepare fireplace walls (when applicable).
• Install soffits (when applicable).
