About The Position
Lakeside Structures is hiring a Finisher / Multi-Trade Technician to handle final-phase construction work and punch-out items. This role is for someone who’s hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable jumping between trades to get a job across the finish line.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in construction finishing or multi-trade work
- Solid working knowledge of painting, framing, and basic electrical
- Able to troubleshoot and solve problems without constant supervision
- Comfortable working at heights (ladders, lifts, scaffolding)
- Able to work outdoors in Texas weather
- Capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing physical work
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Strong attention to detail and pride in finished work
Responsibilities
- Perform finish and punch-out work on active construction projects
- Interior and exterior painting and touch-ups
- Basic electrical (fixtures, outlets, switches – no journeyman license required)
- Framing adjustments, blocking, and minor structural work
- Install and adjust trim, hardware, doors, and miscellaneous components
- Identify and correct quality issues before project close-out
- Assist other crews as needed to keep jobs moving
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
