About The Position

DraftKings is seeking an Assistant Producer Co-op to join its Production team. The role provides hands-on experience in production, including content creation and post-production, and works closely with Broadcast, Creative, and Project Management teams. The co-op supports TV projects from intake and scheduling through production, reviews, quality control, and delivery. The position may involve assisting on set at the DraftKings studio or a local Boston location.

Requirements

Willingness to learn.
Familiarity with GSuite tools such as Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with editing software such as Adobe Premiere.
Familiarity with Canon cameras or DSLRs, lighting, and audio capture.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Project Managers to intake new requests and coordinate scheduling and resourcing for TV projects.
Maintain the master production status document by adding new projects, key dates, internal links, and up-to-date project information.
Create each TV project's core structure and drive it from kickoff through delivery, including a temporary Slack channel, shared Google Drive folder, master script document, Wrike link, and versioning sheet.
Partner with Creative and Project Management teams to source props for shoots.
Create master script documents and shoot-day meeting invitations, establish shoot and spot order, and gather final scripts and wardrobe selections from the creative team.
Cross-check creative-team schedules and create shoot orders for shoot days.
Potentially assist on set or at a local Boston location by running a teleprompter, helping set up or operate equipment, dressing the set, tracking schedule and timing, and communicating relevant information.
Assist the Post-Producer in driving talent-to-camera TV commercial and 2D animation TV commercial edits through Creative and stakeholder reviews.
Partner with Project Managers to ensure project key dates are met and work is posted in Wrike for stakeholder reviews.
Partner with the creative team to gather required assets, such as music, stock footage, logos, and legal disclaimers.
Partner with the reach team to supervise quality control and delivery, and/or transfer projects to Extreme Reach.
