Production Clerk
About The Position
Goodwill Kentucky is seeking a high-energy, positive, team-minded Production Clerk to support its retail store operation. The role helps generate revenue for community programs and services and supports Goodwill’s mission of empowering people to achieve dignity, independence, and self-sufficiency through employment. The position pays $12.00 per hour and is full-time, with Shift B hours of 1:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. across five 8-hour days. Store hours of operation are Monday through Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. The Production Clerk handles donated merchandise through sorting, grading, processing, stocking, and sale. The role also supports customer service and store cleanliness while following company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- No education is required.
- Ability to stock merchandise from receiving areas to shelves and place products weighing up to 45 pounds on shelving at various heights.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the store.
Nice To Haves
- One year of customer service and/or production experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Accept, sort, grade, and process used donated goods.
- Stock shelves and support the sale of used donated goods.
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain a positive shopping experience.
- Perform basic housekeeping duties to keep the store clean.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
