About The Position
This position requires you to reside within 75 miles of Norfolk, VA. TTEC is looking for a Production Clerk to join their team in Norfolk, VA. The role involves ensuring customer data is accurately entered and meets compliance standards. The Production Clerk will be responsible for fulfilling customer requests with necessary supplies and materials, receiving, unloading, checking, and stocking inventory, and conducting research to resolve customer issues.
Requirements
- 6 months or more of data entry experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer experience
- Data entry skills (35 wpm)

Responsibilities
- Fulfill customer requests with the corresponding supplies/materials
- Receive, unload, check and stock new transponder inventory, supplies, customer materials, and retrieve for distribution as requested.
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
