Requirements

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)
High School Diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

Ability to read blueprints
Some Manufacturing work environment preferred

Responsibilities

Satisfying customer requirements of quality, quantity, and delivery, in a safe manner, while maximizing productivity.
Performing a variety of data entry duties including, but not limited to, any factors which aid in the day-to-day operations of production.
Keeping the Production Control team informed.
Performing all necessary data entry with regard to MRP system (SAP) as well as Excel.
Entering necessary information into Project Master Schedule to ensure proper drawing due dates and installation scheduling of all jobs and projects.
Filing and copying all necessary documents as they relate to the business.
Creating shipping instructions and arranging necessary documentation.
