The Production Clerk plays a critical role in supporting daily manufacturing operations by ensuring production data is accurately recorded, analyzed, and communicated — while also serving as a key resource for training and knowledge transfer across the operations team. In addition to maintaining accurate records of ingredient usage, production output, and workforce attendance, this position is responsible for coordinating, conducting, and documenting training for both new hires and existing team members. Working closely with production leadership and cross-functional partners, the Production Clerk develops and delivers onboarding sessions, supports job-specific skill training, and ensures employees have the tools and information needed to succeed in their roles. This role also helps maintain training records, track completion metrics, and identify opportunities for ongoing development, contributing directly to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement throughout the facility.
