About The Position

This is a seasonal position, ending after the 2026 holiday season. Kneaders Bakery & Cafe locations are closed every Sunday and on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas. This role offers a flexible schedule and split-shifts. We provide health benefits for full-time employees and pet insurance. The Production Baker will manage the production and baking of pie-shells, pie tops, eclairs, breads, and more, meeting exacting standards. The role involves daily physical activity, including lifting up to 50 lb bags, and requires working quickly in a high-volume production environment, especially during peak holiday seasons. The position reports to the Executive Corporate Baker.

Requirements

Must be 18+ years old.
Baking and kitchen experience is a must.
Must be able to lift heavy items (50+lbs above waist).
Must be able to work quickly and carefully.
High School Diploma.
Accustomed to following detailed instructions regarding time-sensitive projects.
Professional verbal communication is required.
Time-Management skills are crucial.

Culinary Education preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities
