About The Position

This is a seasonal position, ending after the 2026 holiday season. Kneaders Bakery & Cafe locations are closed every Sunday and on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas every year. Flexible schedules and split-shifts are available. Health benefits are offered for full-time employees, along with pet insurance. The Production Baker will manage the production and baking of pie-shells, pie tops, e-clairs, breads, and more, meeting exacting standards in a learning and excellence-focused environment. This role involves daily physical activity, including lifting up to 50 lb bags, and requires a high sense of urgency in a high-volume production environment. Kneaders is looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position, who desires to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and fun environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old
• Baking and kitchen experience is a must
• Must be able to lift heavy items (50+lbs above waist)
• Must be able to work quickly and carefully
• High School Diploma
• Professional verbal communication is required.

Nice To Haves

• Culinary Education preferred, but not required
