About The Position

A Production Associate labels and packaging, portions ingredients, bags and kits meals, and supports shipping while following facility safety and food safety standard operating procedures. The role works on the first shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off, and requires no travel.

The position requires working at a fast pace, accurately completing production tasks, transitioning between tasks as needed, and collaborating with coworkers to meet production and shipping goals. Associates follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), keep their work areas clean, assist with end-of-day cleanups, use proper lifting techniques, and support the company's SQF food safety system and quality programs.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with others as a team.
• Strong attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma (preferred but not required).
• Six or more months of experience in a production or warehouse environment (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Receive direction from a Supervisor or Production Lead to fulfill production requirements.
• Label packaging at the standard average rate.
• Use proper measuring utensils to portion ingredients.
• Pick ingredients carefully during meal bagging and kitting.
• Visually inspect produce.
• Transition between tasks when needed.
• Work at a fast pace with attention to detail in shipping.
• Collaborate with the team to reach shipping goals.
• Follow all GMPs while onsite at the facilities.
• Keep the work area clean and assist with end-of-day cleanups.
• Follow safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques.
• Support the company's SQF food safety system and quality programs.
