About The Position

A Production Associate labels packaging, portions ingredients, performs meal bagging and kitting, and supports shipping while following floor safety and food safety standard operating procedures. The position works a night shift from 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM, with Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday off. It requires no travel.

The role includes receiving direction from a Supervisor or Production Lead, meeting standard labeling rates, using measuring utensils properly, carefully selecting ingredients, visually inspecting produce, and transitioning between tasks as needed. Shipping work requires a fast pace, attention to detail, and teamwork to meet goals. Associates follow GMPs, keep work areas clean, assist with end-of-day cleanups, follow safety guidelines including proper lifting techniques, and support the company’s SQF food safety system and quality programs.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma (preferred, but not required).
• Six or more months of experience in a production or warehouse environment (preferred).
