Requirements

No previous production experience is required. This is an entry-level position, and DMS provides an opportunity to learn and develop new skills.
You must be willing to learn, eager to succeed, and able to follow instructions carefully.
Strong attention to detail is important, as you'll be responsible for maintaining quality and accuracy throughout the production process.
You should have strong organizational skills and the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced production environment.
The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team is required.
Being dependable and flexible with your work schedule is important, as overtime may be required based on production needs.

Responsibilities

Read and follow instructions provided on job jackets to ensure production work is completed accurately and according to specifications.
Catch, sort, and tray mail as it comes down the conveyor belt, maintaining accuracy and efficiency throughout the production process.
Provide support and assistance to Lettershop Operators during your shift to help keep production moving smoothly.
Follow all quality standards, company procedures, and standard operating procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area while contributing to the overall success of the production team.
Work closely with team members and communicate effectively to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Be flexible and available for overtime as needed to support production demands.
