About The Position

This is a physically demanding role for people who enjoy staying active, working on their feet, and being part of a strong, dependable team. Entry-level candidates are welcome, and the company will train individuals who demonstrate strong attendance, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Immediate openings are available in the Cheese and Whey Departments. The role involves operating production equipment, using forklifts, preparing and sanitizing equipment, packaging and handling materials, and ensuring quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.

Requirements

• Ability to thrive in a physically demanding, fast-paced setting
• Can lift 65+ lbs repeatedly
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and overtime
• Stable previous work history with 6+ months at previous employer

Nice To Haves

• Previous food manufacturing experience preferred (especially for production roles)
• Forklift experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment including blending, fillers and packaging lines
• Use forklifts to move materials and unload/load product
• Prepare and sanitize equipment and workspaces
• Packaging, stacking and handling heavy materials and cheese and whey
• Lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying materials throughout your shift
• Ensure accurate labeling, sealing and stacking of product
• Ensure quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
