Base pay range is $20.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience. Shift Hours: Monday - Friday (5:00AM - 2:30PM, hours may vary depending on operations) We are seeking a dependable and motivated Production Associate to support daily operations through material handling, offloading, and equipment operation. This role requires strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.

Requirements

  • Forklift operation experience (preferred)
  • Strong banding and material securing skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic understanding of warehouse or production operations
  • Willingness and ability to learn company systems and processes
  • Strong work ethic with a demonstrated commitment to reliability and attendance
  • Positive attitude with a drive to grow and contribute to company success
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Offload incoming materials safely and efficiently
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment in accordance with safety guidelines
  • Band, secure, and organize materials for storage or shipment
  • Assist with general crew tasks to support production and delivery operations
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all company safety procedures and operational standards
