As a Production Associate in the Filler role, you will help keep the filling line running safely, efficiently, and consistently. This position is essential to producing high-quality packaged products and involves operating and maintaining Combibloc filling equipment.

Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent required, eighteen (18) years or older
  • Reliable attendance is important for team operations
  • Must be self-motivated and conscientious
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with a team
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Mechanical aptitude and analytical skills to solve mechanical problems
  • Ability to complete certification requirements

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year of Food or chemical manufacturing experience preferred
  • 6 months of prior electric pallet jack operation and safety certification preferred
  • Use of MS products, Excel and SAP software preferred

Responsibilities

  • Keep the machine stocked and operating smoothly
  • Monitor product levels, pressures, and specifications
  • Perform weight checks and make minor adjustments
  • Inspect seals and overall package quality
  • Run basic tests and record results
  • Follow cleaning and flavor-change procedures
  • Follow all safety and chemical-handling guidelines
  • Communicate issues or changes with the team
  • Empty rework and prepare materials for the next shift
