About The Position

The Production Associate completes day-to-day tasks at the Horizon Feeds facility as directed by the Feed Supervisor. The role is responsible for meeting daily production goals and maintaining the facility. The associate works in a structured, continuously improving environment and contributes to departmental safety, quality, and productivity goals.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience operating equipment or a mechanical background.
Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new systems and technology.
Valid driver’s license.
Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
Demonstrated integrity, attention to detail, and work ethic.
Ability to interact professionally and effectively with internal and external customers.
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and accurately.
Ability to anticipate needs and complete necessary tasks.
Act with honesty and integrity.
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
