About The Position
BIOLYPH is seeking detail-oriented Production Associates to join our team. This is a full-time, long-term position with a starting pay of $25.00 per hour, a 4 day work week, and excellent benefits. Production Associates support BIOLYPH’s business model by performing detailed packaging activities for our Clients’ IVD/RUO products Effectively, Efficiently, and Economically in a controlled manufacturing environment. The role requires sustained attention to detail, adherence to work instructions, and collaboration with team members. This role is best suited for individuals who enjoy precise, hands-on work, value quality and consistency, and are interested in building a stable, long-term career. New employees typically require significant training to become fully proficient, making this position ideal for candidates seeking ongoing employment rather than short-term work. This is a primarily seated role involving repetitive, detail-focused tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Effective communication skills.
- Comfort performing repetitive tasks with sustained focus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Attend daily meetings and follow production schedules.
- Perform packaging activities from product entry through exit of the packaging suite.
- Conduct bin checks to identify non-compliant product.
- Ensure packaging supplies are properly stocked.
- Count, prepare, and package product for shipment.
- Accurately complete required documentation.
- Follow all work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Interact with coworkers in a respectful, team-oriented manner.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety requirements.
