Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions and standardized processes.
  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 35 lbs, as required.
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized and safe work environment.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is an asset.
  • Previous experience in food production, packaging, warehousing, or manufacturing is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Package ingredients into a Brown bag according to established menus, recipes and packaging instructions.
  • Perform quality checks on produce and verify portion sizes to ensure consistency and product standards.
  • Prepare in-house sauce blends according to standardized recipes and production guidelines.
  • Set up, maintain and clean workstations before, during and after each shift.
  • Ensure accurate production of meal kits while meeting daily shift targets.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels of produced brown bags and for raw products on the production floor.
  • Follow all health and safety, sanitation and food handling procedures to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
