About The Position
Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is a global leader in high-tech filtration, separation, and purification. They help customers solve tough challenges across diverse applications to advance health, safety, and environmentally responsible technologies. The Production Associate is responsible for setting up and operating automatic or semiautomatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation. This role is located in Cortland, NY and is an on-site role.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, G.E.D. or Equivalent
- 1+ years of production/manufacturing experience or other applicable experience
- Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push, and pull for a minimum, 8 hours.
- Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lbs.
Responsibilities
- Setup and operate all equipment in a related area to produce complicated components, subassemblies, and final assemblies from blueprints and work instructions.
- Work under the direction of supervisors, or more experienced personnel, with little supervision.
- Maintain accurate records, and logs and collect any necessary data for use by Engineering.
