Production Associate
About The Position
Nesco Resource is seeking Production Associates for a production facility in Delaware, Ohio, that produces personal hygiene products. The role prepares products for customer delivery by packing items into boxes as they come off the production line and stacking the boxes onto pallets. No experience is needed. Pay is $16.00 per hour, with pay increases after 90 days and again after 180 days. The schedule is Monday through Friday on the third shift, 10:30 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Nesco Resource offers associates a benefits package that includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan encompassing medical, vision, dental, 401(k), and Employee Assistance Program services.
Requirements
- No experience is needed.
- Skills or knowledge in packaging, manufacturing, quality, safety management, and lifting are listed.
Responsibilities
- Set up the station with the required packing materials.
- Visually inspect products for deficiencies.
- Fold cardboard boxes, place products inside according to the prescribed arrangement, and seal open boxes.
- Stack sealed boxes onto pallets according to the prescribed arrangement and tag the pallets.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following standards and procedures.
- Complete related tasks as needed to support manufacturing and organizational objectives.
