Monitor processes and investigate causes of defects. Review procedures and processes and make adjustments as needed to improve operations. Train new hire production associates in the manufacturing processes and procedures. Regular attendance, report to work on time for all scheduled shifts, and complete all shifts. Work overtime as required. Work cooperatively with others. Work with internal and external customers on quality issues. Generate and maintain appropriate records as required. Achieve operator certification in all jobs worked. Perform other reasonable tasks as required by Supervisor or Team Lead. Participate and embrace continuous improvement actions. Work and participate in a team environment. Be able to work afternoon or night shift Operate powered industrial equipment safely and productively, when needed.
