About The Position

Marvin Lumber and Cedar Company, LLC, a manufacturer of wood windows and doors, is offering full-time temporary employment from October 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026. The twenty-four (24) Production Worker positions are for their manufacturing plant in Warroad, MN. The role involves assembling window sashes and frames, applying aluminum clad to wood parts, and glazing and installing window sashes. The job may require the use of woodworking, power, or hand tools. Completed units are placed on a tow line cart and delivered to the loading dock. The work area must be cleaned at the end of each shift. The positions are for the evening shift, Monday through Thursday, 3:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m., with potential for overtime. Requirements

  • Ability to perform job duties.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check, drug test, and physical assessment.
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Pull and prime parts for warehouse.
  • Assemble window sashes and window frames.
  • Apply aluminum clad to wood parts.
  • Glaze and install window sash.
  • Place completed unit on tow line cart and deliver to loading dock.
  • Clean work area at end of shift.
