Requirements

High School Diploma, GED or demonstrated reliable work record with the ability to read and write proficiently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Sort apparel by size, color, type, and logo.
Prepare and inspect orders before and after decoration.
Clean, correct, and trim threads to improve garment quality and appearance.
Support all areas of production.
Inspect garments for quality issues before and after decoration.
Verify item-counts and check against work orders.
Place garments neatly in boxes or appropriate staging area.
Become proficient and trained in other aspects of production to support all departments.
Utilize personal protective equipment as required for personal safety.
Maintain clean work area and equipment.
Perform job consistently within established performance standards.
Be punctual, observe prescribed work break/meal periods, and maintain an acceptable overall attendance record.
Frequently stand, walk, reach, grasp, push, and pull.
Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
Differentiate between colors.
Identify deviations from design or order specifications.
Frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift or move as much as 75 pounds.
Perform other duties as assigned.
