About The Position
This is an entry-level, full-time Production Associate position on the 2nd or 3rd shift at the Fox Valley Container facility in Aurora, IL. The role involves various tasks related to production, quality control, and general clean-up. The pay rate is $23.31 per hour, with a sign-on bonus structure totaling $1500 after the first year, plus an additional bonus at two years. The position requires adherence to factory orders and quality documentation.

Responsibilities
- Counting and stacking finished product
- Reading factory orders
- Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment
- Utilizing basic shop math, inspecting
- Accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions
- Performing clean-up functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area
- Picking up and shredding scrap
Benefits
- Sign-on Bonus: $500 after 30 days, $500 after 6 months, $500 after 1 year and an additional bonus at 2 years
