About The Position

We are seeking Production Associates to join our team and contribute to our mission of creating joy around every table and inspiring a healthier tomorrow. In this role, you will experience a variety of tasks daily, potentially working in any of our manufacturing plants producing a range of products from bread to beverages and milk. This position offers opportunities for learning and growth within the company. As a Production Associate, you will be actively involved throughout your shift, responsible for packaging food and beverages, sanitizing and maintaining machines, and operating power equipment to ensure the smooth daily operations of producing quality food products. You will be a key team player, collaborating with others to achieve production goals and ensure our products reach consumers, keeping America fed and healthy.

Requirements

You are 18 years of age or older
You enjoy working as a part of a larger team to make an impact
Ensuring a safe work environment is a priority to you
You take pride in the work you do, with every detail, whether big or small
You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Being a part of your community matters
High School Degree or equivalent
At least 6 months’ experience working in production or manufacturing (such as machine/filler operation)

Nice To Haves

2 – 3 years of experience preferred

Responsibilities

Operate and changeover Fluid and/or culture filler machines
Sanitation of facility and equipment
Operate plant equipment such as palletizing equipment, and powered industrial trucks, to complete daily operations
