About The Position
The Production Associate works at International Paper’s Aurora Box Facility in Aurora, Illinois. The role involves counting and stacking finished product, reading factory orders, accurately reading gauges and other test equipment, using basic shop math, and inspecting product. The associate is also responsible for completing quality and administrative documents accurately and following directions. Assigned cleanup tasks include blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, and picking up and shredding scrap. This is an hourly, full-time position scheduled from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., Monday through Friday. Pay is $17.50 to $20 per hour. The posting offers staged sign-on bonuses and retention bonuses.
