3rd shift Production Associate
About The Position
This is a 3rd shift production associate position. The role involves operating molding presses and other machinery in the production department. Associates will follow instructions from visual screens, work orders, or supervisors. Key responsibilities include visually inspecting parts for defects, reporting scrap accurately, trimming gates and flash, preparing product for packaging, and packing parts for shipment according to instructions. The role also requires instructing the reliever on product or molding requirements for each run, maintaining a clean and organized work area, documenting job hours and ISO documentation, and adhering to policies in the Employee Handbook and safety policies. Other duties may be assigned by the supervisor.

Responsibilities
