About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join our team for the 3rd Shift (10pm-6am Sun-Thur). In this role, you will be responsible for various production tasks, ensuring the quality and accuracy of our products and packaging. You will work in a fast-paced production environment and must be a reliable team player, willing to learn and rotate through different stations. Availability for overtime and proactive completion of assigned duties are essential.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to use small hand tools
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Must be able to read, write, speak & understand English
• Effective communicate with management and co-workers
• Recognize safety issues and corrective actions

Responsibilities

• Create different sizes of boxes to have ready for the workload of the day.
• As jobs are being moved from the cutting table, ensure quality and look for any imperfections such as color or alignment issues.
• Count the specific product to make sure the box contains enough of what the order requires.
• Ensure that the packed box is properly sealed to take to the shipping area.
• Ensure all equipment, tools, and workstation are in good working order and are free of any safety hazards.
• Must be available for any required overtime based on business needs.
• Must be proactive with completing other duties as assigned.
• Must be a team player who is reliable, eager to learn and rotate through the various stations through the department.
