This role involves working directly on the production floor alongside the roll-forming and finalization teams. The Production Associate will be responsible for ensuring machines are running, materials are moving, and production is flowing smoothly. This includes assisting with coil/material changeovers, packing and moving finished products, and reworking or repacking parts to maintain order accuracy and schedule adherence. The position also requires inspecting parts through visual checks or gauges, performing basic setup or troubleshooting, and maintaining precise counts of processed items. Adaptability is key, as the associate may be asked to assist in other production areas as needed. A strong commitment to EHS standards and product quality is essential, including the authority to stop production if quality issues arise. The role also includes taking on additional duties to enhance team and department performance.
