Operates and maintains stations to assemble, align, and adjust fabricated parts, components, or units according to specifications and follows established manufacturing procedures. This role involves performing routine tasks in Product Assembly, including bonding, potting, mixing epoxy, and installing covers and other plastic/metal components. The associate will read blueprints, diagrams, or established operations practices to assemble and install various probe components, and may perform solder touch-up or soldering of parts as a secondary operation. The position requires handling small, delicate parts with a high degree of accuracy and following method sheets to ensure documented and controlled processes are followed. The associate will perform a variety of electro-mechanical assembly operations using common hand tools and soldering equipment, and may operate automatic and semi-automatic assembly/production equipment. The role requires the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and sit under a microscope for extended periods.
