About The Position

SRI Healthcare, LLC, a subsidiary of NOVO Health Services, provides reusable sterile packs and other sustainable healthcare linens to hospitals. The company operates regional processing facilities, including a healthcare laundry facility in Mason, Ohio, where reusable products are processed, assembled, and delivered for surgical use.

SRI Healthcare is seeking a Production Associate for its Mason, Ohio facility. The role involves processing and inspecting clean linen, preparing sterile products for further processing, and meeting established productivity and quality standards. The associate may also recommend process improvements and mentor or train fellow associates after mastering assigned tasks. The position requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, the ability to perform repetitive work and stand for extended periods, and the ability to read and understand Standard Operating Procedures. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Detail-oriented.
• Able to learn quickly.
• Able to perform repetitive physical motions at a work station for a minimum of two hours at a time.
• Willing and capable of working on different assignments within the facility or designated area.
• Good manual dexterity.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Able to read and understand all Standard Operating Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
• Separate, fold, and properly distribute clean linen.
• Inspect clean linen to ensure it meets quality standards.
• Pouch and label sterile product using a heat sealing machine.
• Send finished packs to the Sterilizer Operator for further processing.
• Work within established productivity and quality standards.
• Recommend methods of improvement to facility management.
• Mentor and train fellow associates after mastering assigned tasks.
• Keep the work station neat and clean.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
