Production Associate 1
About The Position
Production Associates help in the manufacturing and production process. This role varies based on the needs of the company and often includes operating machinery, assembling products, monitoring production lines, and conducting quality checks. This position requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, problem-solving skills, and adherence to safety protocols. Pouring and Demolding of product Quality Control and packaging of finished products Ability to work independently and in a team environment Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled manufacturing environment Successful candidates enjoy working in a fast-paced, physically demanding, and repetitive work environment, which includes heavy lifting or working with your hands.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Minimum of 12 months in a Manufacturing Environment
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
- Will require standing, walking and working on concrete surfaces for duration of shift
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail
