About The Position

We are seeking a Production Associate to join our Operations team. This full-time role focuses on color mixing and requires attention to detail to meet color standards and quality expectations. The associate will be responsible for accurately measuring and weighing tints and bases, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and managing inventory. Opportunities for cross-training in other production areas are available.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic math and reading skills
• Ability to pass color testing
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing or paint/stain experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Mix and match colors using formula sheets
• Measure and weigh tints and bases accurately
• Meet color standards and quality expectations
• Keep work area clean, safe, and organized
• Maintain accurate inventory
• Cross-train and help in other production areas as needed
