About The Position

Morgan Advanced Materials, located in Twinsburg, Ohio, is actively hiring Production Associates on First Shift. This role involves working in a diverse workplace with a focus on safety and quality. Production Associates receive extensive on-the-job training to perform various manufacturing tasks.

Requirements

Ability to understand and communicate in written and verbal English.
Ability to reliably work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (lift assist available as required).
Visual acuity
Basic math skills
Satisfactory pre-employment screenings (includes background check and drug and alcohol screening)

Responsibilities

Manufacturing, packing and inspecting products.
Operating various machines and equipment while adhering to standard operating procedures
Participating in continuous improvement projects and daily accountability meetings
Cross training in various operational areas
